Everyone here has always helped me out and been very friendly, kind and honest here. From buying a car with them to using their Auto shop for car repairs on my Rav4 and Rx350. I've worked with both Joe and James and they are great! When I've had issues or something hasn't been quite right, they have gotten me in quickly and fixed any errors or mistakes that were made in house, always in a timely manner to help get me mobile again. They've even gone out of their way and helped me out with a ride, helped me when the bank was giving me issues, and helped me better navigate a situation where insurance was trying to take me for a ride/low balling me after my vehicle I bought with them was totalled. Everyone here is kind and their selection of cars has been great each time I've been looking. They go quickly too, they find some diamonds! I was so bummed when the last RAV I had my eye on got scooped up before I got my insurance money back. I look forward to buying my next RAV with James, I sure miss my first one I bought with him. I'll continue to be taking my cars to them and recommend them to my family and friends.

I had been having some continuous problems with my check engine light, and some other symptoms. I’m not super car savvy, but I replaced my own engine coil and did some other things. It was still having problems, so I brought it in. They said the engine coil needed to be replaced, and after I double checked that even though I had just replaced it, the one I put in was bad. They said yes, replaced it, and charged me 500$ saying it was fixed. I got 30 yards down the road and all the symptoms came back and the check engine light returned, so I brought it back. They told me that yes the engine coil was not in fact the problem, and that it was an entirely different thing. They did fix that, and it is working now, which is why this is not a one star review, but they still charged me another 200$ after that, despite being wrong the first time and charging me for something that didn’t need to happen.

I should have checked the reviews before bringing my car here. One star only because Jordan was really nice; if I could, I would give it 0 stars. I took my car in to get the AC system repaired twice in the same week. The first time I paid about $250, and the second time was $1,500. After spending that amount of money, the car is basically still doing the same thing. I’m not sure if they ever tested the car before calling to say it was ready. I ended up taking the car to another shop so I didn't continue dumping my money. Anyways, good luck if you take your car here!

My daughter was traveling through Greensboro from out of town when she experienced engine trouble. I reached out to a friend for a recommendation, and he recommended Foreign Accents. Scott and team did a great job, arranged for the car to be towed to their shop, correctly identified the issue and repaired it in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. Honestly, as someone who doesn't live in Greensboro, the opportunity may have been there to try to upsale me on additional unnecessary repairs, and they did not do that. They even washed the car before pickup! 100% recommend.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I brought my 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 to Foreign Accents for a suspension conversion from AIRMATIC to coil springs, based on the recommendation of the owner, Scott Beeniga. Unfortunately, the installation was done improperly and has left me with serious problems. From the very first day I picked up the vehicle, the check engine light came on. When I reported it, I was told to “ignore it.” Not long after, the car broke down completely and had to be towed. Instead of taking responsibility, the shop denied any fault and refused to help until I filed a BBB complaint.After couple mos of using it.The shock at the rear shock sag down making the car undrivable .I called and let them know .Refused to take responsibity.Reported this NC Atty. General.They responded to NC Atty General ." That if I willing to get the car towed there they will check and repair without any charge .During that time of calling them for 3 weeks to talk to the owner which im denied.I decided to get the car towed at Mercedes Benz in Winston Salem. To make matters worse, when I took my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Winston-Salem to restore it back to the original AIRMATIC suspension, I was told it was impossi
